Shipping policy

Our shipping cost is calculated live from Australia Posts rates for all customers Australia wide except for Tasmania.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all orders over $200 Australia wide except for Tasmania.
Delivery is not available to Tasmania during to local regulations.
For international orders, a freight estimate will be provided at the time of checkout.

For international deliveries, importation taxes and duties may apply. These vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

For orders placed before 12 noon AEST, we endeavour to process same business day. Orders placed after this time may be processed the next business day. Depending on the location, the delivery time will vary from 3 to 14 working days for Australian orders; and 10 to 30 working days for International orders.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation.
A tracking number will be provided once the item is posted.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the freight company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, a replacement will not be dispatched immediately but only when we have concluded if and why the order is missing. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, the customer agrees that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
