Australian Abalone, Grown On Site
Our abalone is grown through its full lifecycle on our farm at Port Fairy, using clean Southern Ocean water drawn from Taylors Beach Bay. From spawning through to harvest, every stage is managed by our experienced team.
Fully Cooked & Ready to Serve
Each pouch contains whole Australian abalone that has already been cooked and sealed in its natural liquid. Simply open, slice, warm or serve as required.

Unopened Retort Abalone is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration. Store it in a cool, dry place and follow the storage instructions on the packaging. Once opened, refrigerate any unused product and follow the directions on the pack.
