• Our shipping cost is fixed at $9.5 per delivery for all customers Australia wide.  

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING to all orders over $199 Australian wide.

  • For international orders, freight estimate will be provided at the time of check out.


  • Due to bio-security control, orders to Tasmania Australia are required to undergo quarantine officer inspections. An inspection fee of approx. $30 per consignment may be incurred by the recipient. This fee will be charged by Tasmanian government directly to the recipient.

  • For international deliveries, importation taxes and duties may apply. These vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.  


  • We will attempt to process your order and pack out your product within 2-5 business days.  Depending on the location, the delivery time will vary from 3 to 14 working days for Australian orders; and 10 to 30 working days for International orders.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation.

  • A tracking number will be provided once the item is posted.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the freight company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, a replacement will not be dispatched immediately but only when we have concluded if and why the order is missing. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, the customer agrees that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. 


  • IMPORTANT - No credits, or refunds can be given without first speaking with our representative.
    We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food items that are opened due to strict health policies. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting.

  • If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
