Ocean Road™ dried abalone are produced from our 5-year-old live abalone. Making good quality dried abalone requires healthy abalone and sophisticated drying techniques. We achieve a high degree of dehydration (a water activity (Aw) lower than 0.6) ensuring the product quality. Ocean Road™ dried abalone has a desirable colour, is transparent under a light and has a candy heart all qualities desired by discerning consumers.
